What We Will Do Together

Step 1

Raise a return or replacement request within:

  • 7 days of delivery for wrong or expired product
  • 2 days of delivery for damaged or missing product

Step 2

Allow us 2 working days to review your request.

Step 3

Upon approval, our courier partner will pick up the product.

Step 4

After receipt at our warehouse, quality inspection will be conducted.

If approved, replacement or refund will be initiated.

Eligible for Return/Replacement

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Physically damaged or tampered packaging
  • Missing product in shipment
  • Defective product

Under the Consumer Protection Act 2019, refunds cannot be denied for defective or misleading goods.

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or used products (unless defective)
  • Missing original packaging
  • Damage reported beyond 2 days

Refund Timeline

  • Prepaid orders: Refund to original payment method within 7 business days.
  • COD orders: Refund via bank transfer.
  • For returns, refund is initiated after warehouse verification (may take up to 14 days total).

Partial Returns

Customers may return part of an order if eligible under policy.
